fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 3 (KeyCmds:ImageKeys): config
Config -- Change display configuration
usage: mode,view,npanes,sampling,reorder,flipflag C
- MODE - display configuration if MODE ⇐ 3
- 0 - unchanged
- 1 - oneslice
- 2 - tiled
- 3 - 3-plane orthogonal views
- 4,reorder C
- 5,flip C
- 6 C - update all windows
- 6,1 - reconfigure all to single slice
- 6,2 - rearrange (no overlap) and update all
- 7 C
- 7,1 - move cursor to center X pos in current view
- 7,2 - move cursor to center Y pos in current view
- 7,4 - move cursor to center Z pos in current view
- 7,4,znum - move cursor to slice ZNUM in current view
- 7,8 - move image to center time point
- VIEW - anatomical view
- 0 - acquisition view (how the images are stored in the file)
- 1 - coronal view
- 2 - sagittal view
- 3 - axial view
- 9 - no change
- NPANES - number of frames to view in tiled configuration
- 0 - unchanged
- SAMPLING - skip SAMPLING-1 images between panes in tiled configuration (default=1)
- REORDER - used as new reorderflag, or bit is flipped if FLIPFLAG
Mode examples:
C display config, view, size, location 0 C return vals: config, view, size, location 0,view C current config, change view 1,view C single frame, 2,view,npanes,nskip C tiled view 3,view C 3-D view 4,reorder C 5,flip C 6 C update all windows 6,1 C reconfigure all to single slice 6,2 C rearrange (no overlap) and update all 7,1 C move cursor to center X pos 7,2 C move cursor to center Y pos 7,4 C move cursor to center Z pos 7,8 C move image to center time point 8,flag,depth,mode,minval C maximum intensity projection (MIP) FLAG: 0 - MIP off 1 - max values 2 - min values 3 - or values 4 - add values 5 - average values 010 - use near half of volume 020 - use whole volume 040 - fade by depth 0100 - not coronal 0200 - not sagittal 0400 - not axial 01000 - overlay not coronal 02000 - overlay not sagittal 04000 - overlay not axial 010000 - overlay minimum values (default is same as underlay) 020000 - overlay depth flag (default is same as underlay) 040000 - overlay fading flag (default is same as underlay) DEPTH: Number of slices behind current slice MODE: Bit control mode for setting FLAG -1 - (default) set flag to FLAG (all bits) 0 - turn off non-zero bits in FLAG 1 - turn on non-zero bits in FLAG 2 - toggle non-zero bits in FLAG 9,flag C switch between Slice and Time tile mode FLAG: 0 - slice mode 1 - time mode 2 - toggle between slice and time modes
