Minimal instructions:

On Cluster:\\
 * make sure you have gradient tables in a BXH file (e.g. from **dicom2bxh**)\\
 * run **bxh_rundtk** with your BXH file as the input, plus a prefix for the output\\
  * For example:\\
  * bxh_rundtk  tensordata.bxh  dti

DTK will generate many output files, the most important of which is probably the **.trk** fiber file (**"dti_filtered.trk"** if your prefix was "dti").
