Duke Health Enterprise (DHE) and Duke University maintain separate wireless networks. BIAC is part of DHE. DHE's wireless infrastructure is maintained by [[http://www.dhts.duke.edu/|DHTS]]. Duke's wireless network is mainainted by [[http://www.oit.duke.edu/|OIT]].

===== DHE Wireless Networks =====
  * clubs - Secured internal network for faculty, staff and student use. Uses [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wi-Fi_Protected_Access|WPA2]] and requires authentication using DHE AD credentials or.
  * guest - Unsecured network for patients, visitors and guests. Not to be used for normal BIAC business.

===== How to connect to the clubs secured wireless network =====

  * Generic information
    * Network Name (SSID): clubs
    * Authentication: WPA2
    * Encryption: AES
    * EAP Type: Protected EAP (PEAP)
      * Trusted Root Certification Authority: AddTrust External Root CA
      * Authentication Method: Secured Password (EAP-MSCHAP v2)
        * You will need to supply your [[biac:accounts|DHE EAD]] username and password.

  * Generic information
    * Network Name (SSID): guest
    * Authentication: None
    * Encryption: None
    * Once connected, open a browser. You will be prompted to accept a certificate and agree to the usage guidelines.
