====== BXH/XCEDE Tools ====== A BXH/XCEDE header provides a consistent, portable, easily-parsable descriptor for one or more data files, which can consist of raw data, or remain encapsulated in their native format (i.e. DICOM, SIGNA, Analyze, etc.). The BXH/XCEDE header is image-format-agnostic, and stores important header information (such as byte order, dimensions, image position, acquisition parameters, etc.) to allow tools to read, display, and manipulate the stored data. * Forums - Use this forum to post questions or suggestions. * BXH/XCEDE Tools Documentation - Documentation on a set of utilities to read BXH and XCEDE files in C/C++. * XCEDE Home Page - Link to next-generation format incorporating parts of BXH. * biac:bxh_eventstats - some documentation on eventstats * Posters - Posters presented at Human Brain Mapping, 14-17 June 2004. ===== Software Releases ===== The latest distributions of the BXH/XCEDE tools software for various Linux distributions are available on NITRC: http://www.nitrc.org/projects/bxh_xcede_tools
