**CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (Commands): DELETE**
===== DELETE -- Delete a disk file, or remove a loaded menu or macro entry =====
**usage: delete filename; delete a file**\\
**or: delete MENU menuname; delete a menu**

The DELETE command is used to delete disk files or remove menus from the
system menu file.  Its action is irreversible so use this command with care.
