**CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (Commands): rtclock**
===== rtclock -- Control a real-time clock counter =====
**usage: rtclock mode clocks base interval onduty**

MODE:
              0 - turn clock off
              1 - turn clock on
              2 - set clock parameters
              3 - set clock parameters and turn clock on
              4 - single pulse mode
              8 - set timer output high
             16 - set timer output low
             32 - wait for timer transition (low->high)
  
     CLOCKS:    - which clock outputs (bitmask 1-31); only 1 bit set if for setup
     BASE:      - clock counting unit in microseconds
     INTERVAL:  - cycle time (high+low durations) in microseconds
     ONTIME:    - duration of high pulse in microseconds
