===== r_awrite -- Write an analog output channel =====
**usage: r_awrite opflg eflag ltime Value ChMask**

R_AWRITE is a REALTIME operator that writes a value to one or more of the
analog output channels.  VALUE is the value to be written and CHMASK is a
bitmask specifying which channels (0-15) to write.
