**CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_fseek**
===== r_fseek -- Reposition the file I/O pointer to a specified location =====
**usage:     r_fseek opflg eflag ltime  Offset Lunit**

R_FSEEK is a REALTIME operator. It repositions the data pointer for the open
file indicated by LUNIT to the offset specified by the long integer argument
OFFSET. LUNIT must refer to a file that has previously been opened by a call
to R_FOPEN.  If LUNIT is missing it defaults to 1.
