**CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_nowait**
===== r_nowait -- Terminate pending wait operators =====
**usage: r_nowait opflg eflag ltime**

NOWAIT causes any pending wait operators to stop waiting.  They behave as
though their wait conditions have been satisfied.  If there are no waits
pending in other parallel processing streams the NOWAIT operator has no
effect.
