===== Chapter 5 -- Output Files=====

Showplay can generate multiple output files when a stimulus run is completed. 

[[jvs:cigal:showplay:manual:chapter5:pdigmfile|paradigm file]]: A multi-record binary archive describing all aspects of the run\\
[[jvs:cigal:showplay:manual:chapter5:showoutfile|'.out' file]]: Text file summarizing the stimulus and response events\\
[[jvs:cigal:showplay:manual:chapter5:schedfiles|'sch_NAME.txt' file]]: FSL 3-column format timing files\\
[[jvs:cigal:showplay:manual:chapter5:eventsfile|'events.xml' file]]: XML format Events file\\ 

The [[jvs:cigal:showplay:manual:chapter5:saveflags|saveflags]] variable can be specified in the PPF input file to control Showplay file saving options.

CIGAL also creates 2 log files for each interactive session:\\ [[jvs:cigal:showplay:manual:chapter5:keylog|keylog.txt]]: A record of every user interaction (except during realtime commands)\\
[[jvs:cigal:showplay:manual:chapter5:cigallogfile|cigal.log]]: A log file to help with debugging problems when they arise.
