**fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (CmdLineOptions:Expr): Map**

===== Map -- Map data values through a lookup table=====
 **usage:**\\
    * **-e map lut flag missingval**\\
    * **-e static map value flag newvalue**\\

LUT:
  * 1 column - row number is index, replace with row value
  * 2 column - replace values in column 1 with values in column 2

FLAG:
  * 0 - keep unmapped values the same (default)
  * 1 - set unmapped values to MISSINGVAL
  * 2 - set MISSINGVAL to the highest value in LUT
