===== Max -- Find the maximum of voxel value and reference value =====
 **usage:  -e max ref **\\

Each voxel value less than the value in REF will be replaced by the REF value.
 
REF can be a constant or another data set with similar XY dimensions.

If REF has fewer slices or time points (ZT dimensions) than the current data set then REF images will be reused for all slices/time points.
