**fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (CmdLineOptions:Expr): Sine** ===== Sine -- Generate images with sinusoidal time course values===== **usage: -e sine period phase amplitude**\\ The SINE command generates an image data set with the same dimensions as the current active data set, setting the image intensity at each voxel to vary as a sinusoid in time, according to the function: Value = Amplitude * sin(2*pi*(T-Phase)/Period) Where T is the time point index and "pi" is 3.1415926.\\ T, Period, and Phase are all in units of time points (not secs). Default parameter values are: Amplitude=100 and Phase=0. **See Also:**\\ fScan Home, fScan Manual, CmdLineOptions, Expression Command, Manual Help
