===== Smooth -- Spatial smoothing filter =====
 **usage:  -e smooth minval flag diam**\\

FLAG:
  * 1 - exclude neighboring voxels with value less than MINVAL
  * 2 - MINVAL is percentage; exclude values greater or less than MINVAL% of central voxel
  * 4 - do 2D smoothing (default is 3D smoothing)
