===== Freeze -- freeze values based on current view =====
 **usage:  -expr freeze flag**\\

FREEZE freezes values based on current threshold, ROI, and/or mask settings.

   FLAG: 1 - set to 0 if maskbits off
         2 - set to 0 if threshold test is off
         4 - set to 0 if MASK value is off
