**usage:** -image gflg dxy oflg mode dt dbg

Image reconstruction options:
  * GFLG - Deghost
    * 1 - tune by slice
    * 2 - tune every image
  * DXY - InPlane registration
    * 1 - register
    * 2 - DXY values from -stability are not ctrs.
  * OFLG - Output
    * 1 - PHASE
    * 2 - NOFFT
    * 4 - COMPLEX
    * 8 - HORZFLIP
    * 16 - ROTATE
    * 32 - REAL
  * MODE -
    * 1 - EPI
    * 2 - 2SHOT
    * 4 - PARTK
    * 8 - SPIRAL
    * 32 - TOP to fill in for PartK.
  * DT - DeGhosting parameter (usually determined by autotuning).
  * DBG - Debug flag: 1-7, higher numbers return more complete recon.
