**fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (CmdLineOptions): overlay**
===== Overlay -- =====
**usage:**-overlay dataset [flag lowthreshval highthreshval]

This is used with a statmap command (e.g. -ttest, -correl).
The new map will be overlaid on the specified images (rather than shown in their own window).
The overlay occurs when data processing begins.

FLAG:
  * 1 FILTER - spatially smooth the overlay 
  * 2 SECOND - if 2 maps are generated, show the second 
  * 4 OPAQUE - make the overlay opaque
  * 8 THRESH - apply thresholds to the overlay
