===== Settings -- Control display setting features =====
**usage: "name",mode,flag H**

   H  - show settings
   1,ptype H             set ptype
   2,0 H                 disable colormaps
   2,1 H                 enable colormap (if attached)
   "name",2,1 H	attach named colormap
   3 H                   attach colormap of prev win to this window
   4,rgbflg H            set rgbflg
   5,flipflg,flg H       set flip flags
        FLIPFLAG - flip images around a particular acquisition axis
             8 - Flip X
            16 - Flip Y
            32 - Flip Z
            64 - Flip T
           128 - Rotate 90 degrees CW
           256 - Rotate 90 degrees CCW
           512 - Swap byte order
        FLG  0  set value (default)
             1  set bits
             2  toggle bits
   6,rasflg H            set rasflg (update IO->VIEWS)
   7,displayscale,flg H  set io->showscale
        FLG  0  set value (default)
             1  multiply current by value 
             2  divide current by value
   8 H	                autoscale intensity
   9,flg H               set current activecolor to FLG
        FLG  1  w->showcolor
             2  io->showcolor
             3  w->fillcolor
             4  w->textcolor
             5  w->plotcolor
   9,0,rgb H             set active color to RGB
   9,1,rgb H             set w->showcolor to RGB (or off)
   9,2,rgb H             set io->showcolor
   9,3,rgb H             set w->fill color
   9,4,rgb H             set w->text color
   9,5,rgb H             set w->plot color
        RGB = 0 set color = black (or turn off showcolor)
              1 set color = color1
              2 set color = color2
              3 set color = color3
              4 set color = io->showcolor
             >4 set color = rgb
   10,dpybyteorder,mybyteorder H    change byte-order flags
        DPYBYTEORDER -display byte order (
        MYBYTEORDER - computer byte order (automatic -- should never need changing)
   11 H                  link timeseries in prev win to this win
   11,0 H                clear timeseries link
   12,offset,maxval H    rotate LUT color flags
        OFFSET - add this to each value before applying color lookup table
        MAXVAL - rotate colors after MAXVAL [if(Value+OFFSET >= MAXVAL) Value = Value+OFFSET-MAXVAL]
   13,size,rgb H         set sampling point ROI to diameter SIZA and color RGB
