===== $zres -- Z dimension resolution =====

 **usage: $zres**

ZRES is the Z dimension spatial resolution (distance between slices in 3-D image volume).
For MR images, ZRES is the slice thickness plus the inter-slice gap distance.

ZRES is reported in millimeters.
