There are two options for aborting a ShowPlay paradigm: Cancel and End. Pressing Cntrl + C (cancel) will interrupt the paradigm immediately and stop ShowPlay without saving any output files. Pressing Cntrl + E (end) will stop the paradigm as though it got to the end. End will allow output files to be saved, although certain parts of the pdigm_file will look slightly different (e.g. the actual start times record in the pdigm_file will have negative times that are meaningless).
