ShowPlay Reference Manual, Chapter 5 (OutputFiles): showoutfile
The '.out' file is a text file containing the most relevant and most commonly used pieces of information recorded during a stimulus run. A copy of this file is also stored as record number 21 in the 'pdigm' file. The columns in this file are (in order, left to right):
| stimulus# | The line number of each corresponding stimulus. |
| starttime | The onset time of the stimulus (in secs), relative to the start of first stimulus in the run. (Disdaqs are discarded before the start of the paradigm.) |
| stim_id | The id (condition) code for the stimulus. |
| response_flag | The response flag for the stimulus. |
| stim_rt | The time from the start of the stimulus to the recorded time of the response key press. |
| stimrespkey | The number corresponding to the response key or joystick button. |
