DTIPrep
On HUGIN: * make sure you have gradient tables in a BXH file (e.g. from dicom2bxh) * convert your DTI data to NRRD format (run bxh2nrrd) * run /usr/local/packages/DTIPrep/DTIPrep (this will launch the GUI)
