**CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_fwait**
===== r_fwait -- =====
**usage: r_fwait opflg eflag ltime  Lunit**

R_FWAIT is a REALTIME operator. It waits for completion of asynchronous data
I/O initiated by a previous call to R_FREAD or R_FWRITE for the open file
identified by LUNIT.  If no I/O is pending for LUNIT this operator returns
immediately.  LUNIT must refer to a file that has previously been opened by
a call to R_FOPEN.  If LUNIT is missing it defaults to 1.
