===== r_tone -- Generate a tone sound =====
**usage:   r_tone   opflg eflag ltime    Duration Freq Amplitude Timbre Chan**

R_TONE is a REALTIME operator that generates an auditory output sound of
specified duration, frequency, and amplitude.  The duration is specified
in milliseconds, the frequency in Hertz, and the amplitude in relative
units.
