CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_clkon
r_clkon -- Turn on/off a real-time clock output
usage: r_clkon opflg eflag ltime Clknum 0/1
R_CLKON is a REALTIME operator. It is used for turning on or off the output signal for real time clock number CLKNUM. The clock timing parameters should have been set previously by the R_CLKSET command.
