R_CLKSET is a REALTIME operator. It is used to specify the timing parameters for real-time clock output CLKNUM. BASE is the time base to use for clock counting, HIMULT is the number of BASE units for which the output is to be high, and LOMULT is the number of BASE units for which the output is to be low. HIMULT and LOMULT must be in the range (1-??).

Note: This operator is hardware dependent and is ignored if no real-time clock peripheral device is present.
