CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_dwrite
r_dwrite -- Write the digital output channel
usage: r_dwrite opflg eflag ltime Value [BitMask]
R_DWRITE is a REALTIME operator. It writes the specified data VALUE to the digital output device. If BITMASK is specified, only the corresponding bits in VALUE are passed through to the digital output, the bits that are zero in BITMASK are replaced with the previous status of the corresponding digital output channels.
