CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_flip
r_flip -- Flip an image left to right or top to bottom
usage: r_flip opflg eflag ltime Rect Flag [DatBuf]
FLAG is a bit mask indicating the direction to flip:
1 - flip around the vertical axis (i.e., left to right)
2 - flip around the horizontal axis (i.e., top to bottom)
3 - flip left to right first, then top to bottom
