CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_seek
r_seek -- Set a data variable's pointer to a specified position
usage: r_seek opflg eflag ltime LOffset Databuf WdByts
The pointer for DATABUF is set to byte offset: LOFFSET * WDBYTS. WDBYTS is 1 by default. If WDBYTS is specified as 0, it is automatically set to the wordsize of DATABUF, so that the seek is to the LOFFSET'th element.
