Determining task performance accuracy in real-time
To assess accuracy of subject responses during a paradigm you need 3 things:
- within the parameter file, use the ID code to identify which response would be correct for each trial
- set the CORRECTCODE variable in the parameter file to use the ID code values
- run the MAPRESPONSES command during the scan to calibrate which response button means what
