The Atlas tool allows sample brain images and labeled atlases to be overlayed or used in conjunction with the user's own data. In the primary window for fScan, all of the current image files are listed there in the same workspace. However, there is another workspace(WSpace2) which can be used with the MNI Atlases. To access the atlases, go to the 'Stats' tab and click the 'MNI Atlas' Icon. Immediately WSpace2 will contain all the Altas data files.
