infiles --

INFILE can be a workspace descriptor file (WDF, described below) or any of the following types of data files:

      MRI image data (2D, 3D, or 4D). Formats supported are:
              BXH (BIAC XML header) data descriptor
              DICOM
              GE's IMGF format (I.??? or *.MR)
              Analyze 7.5
              Volume files without headers (V?????.img)
              MGH's image files (COR-???)
              MGH's statistical images (*.bshorts, *.bfloats)
      Picture files
              TIFF
              JPEG
      3D Surface data
              fScan's DM format
              MGH's mri_convert'ed surfaces (*.asc)
              fScan's surface description format
              [BXH]
              [others ?]
      Time course data (e.g. task design, behavioral, physiological data)
              CIGAL output files (pdigm*)
              Text files with X,Y values (or just Y values) (see -u option)
              Text files indicating task codes or transitions (see -i option)
      Region of interest (ROI) annotation data (*.rad)
      Workspace descriptor file (*.WDF)
              A WDF file contains a list of multiple data INFILE's (including
              ancillary alignment data).
