fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (CmdLineOptions): addtime

Addtime -- Convert 3D images to 4D images

usage: - addtime flag timeref [dt [t0]] outname [mtxdir] [width nslices]

ADDTIME converts 3D images to a 4D time series of images.

BASEIMAGE: 3D image volume
FLAG:
TIMEREF: number of timepoints to make, or name of reference timecourse
OUTNAME: name of new 4D data set
MTXDIR: directory contain motion matrices (1 matrix per time point)
