usage: -join [cmdflag] dataset2 [newname]

This joins DATASET2 onto the current data set to make a new data set (NEWNAME).

CMDFLAG can be used to specify joining options:
* volumes - append all DATASET2 time points at the end (default)
* slices - add DATASET2 slices to each volume
* interleave - interleave slices from the current data set and DATASET2

Note: data set image sizes (NX x NY) and word sizes must match.
