usage: -normalize nimgs nmlflg mean

Normalize intensities, or determine intensity range. With no arguments this will force all images in each slice to have the same mean intensity as the first image in the slice.

• NMLFLG - has the following meaning (default NMLFLG=1):
  • 1 - calculate image by image (as opposed to by time course)
  • 4 - calculate min and max values in entire dataset
  • 12 - like 4, but treats data as unsigned shorts rather than signed
