usage:-overlay dataset [flag lowthreshval highthreshval]

This is used with a statmap command (e.g. -ttest, -correl). The new map will be overlaid on the specified images (rather than shown in their own window). The overlay occurs when data processing begins.

FLAG:

• 1 FILTER - spatially smooth the overlay
• 2 SECOND - if 2 maps are generated, show the second
• 4 OPAQUE - make the overlay opaque
• 8 THRESH - apply thresholds to the overlay
