DTK
Minimal instructions:
On HUGIN:
* make sure you have gradient tables in a BXH file (e.g. from dicom2bxh)
* run bxh_rundtk with your BXH file as the input
DTK will generate many output files, the most important of which is probably the fiber file “…_filtered.trk”.
