Minimal instructions:

On HUGIN:
* make sure you have gradient tables in a BXH file (e.g. from dicom2bxh)
* run bxh_rundtk with your BXH file as the input, plus a prefix for the output

• For example:
  
• bxh_rundtk tensordata.bxh dti

DTK will generate many output files, the most important of which is probably the .trk fiber file (“dti_filtered.trk” if your prefix was “dti”).
