Troubleshooting

No video in goggles

Check to be sure that there is a video signal at the goggles:

Make sure the video switch is set properly for the goggles.

Make sure the video image itself is not blank by looking at the same image on a monitor. A common problem is that the video source has gone into screensaver mode and is actually sending a black image.

Make sure the video cables are properly and securely connected to the control box. You should also check that the video cables are securely connected at both sides of the penetration panel between the magnet and equipment rooms.
