Troubleshooting

Missing part of video image

The most common cause of this problem is that the video source is running in a display mode that is incompatible with the goggles. The goggles work best when the display is configured in 800 x 600 display mode.

In particular, the newest Resonance Technology goggles chop out part of the image when the input is in 640 x 480 pixel display mode.

To fix this problem, change the display settings on your computer to 800×600 mode (or higher).
