fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (CmdLineOptions:Expr): Regress
Regress -- Regression filter a temporal variable from a time course
usage: -expr regress reffunc flag nbins
The REGRESS expression operator performs time course regression filtering based on the temporal reference
function REFFUNC.
- REFFUNC can be a standard time course variable name
(see TimeVariables) or a previously user-defined reference variable (see Reference).
- FLAG - specify regression options (combine options by adding values):
- 1 -
- 2 -
- NBINS - number of bins to use for subdividing REFFUNC values (default=16)
