fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (CmdLineOptions:Expr): tsmooth
tsmooth -- Temporal smoothing filter
usage: -expr tsmooth npts [flag]
TSMOOTH uses sliding window averaging across time to smooth each voxel time series.
NPTS is how many contiguous time points to average together in the sliding window.
FLAG:
- 1 - subtract mean of original time course from smoothed time course
