fScan Reference Manual, Chapter 2 (CmdLineOptions:Expr): Volmin
Volmin -- Find local minimum values in a data set
usage: -e volmin [flag]
Replace each non-zero value in the data set with the minimum value in its 3x3x3 neighborhood.
If FLAG is nonzero, find minimum values around 0 voxels as well.
