FslDigits -- Option flag controlling

An integer flag indicating which decimal digits in the IDCODE value in the stimulus table to use for creating FSL-style schedule files.
For example, if FSLDIGITS is:
11 - use just the lowest 2 digits as the schedule code
11000 - use values in the 10,000's and 1,000's digit

If zero, the entire IDCODE value is used.

Default: FSLDIGITS = 0.
