usage: str = gettxt(flag)

Normally GETTXT expects a block of text entered by clicking the cursor on the upper left corner and then lower right corner of a block of text on the screen. If FLAG is 1, GETTXT expects one word entered either from the keyboard or clicking a word on the screen. “Clicking” can be done by moving the cursor to the desired screen position and then either pressing a cursor button or the <RETURN> or <ENTER> key.
