r_dread -- Read the digital input channel
usage: r_dread opflg eflag ltime Databuf [TimeBuf]
R_DREAD is a REALTIME operator. It reads the status of the digital input channels and stores the result in a short integer, DATABUF.
TIMEBUF can be used to specify a long array to store the time that the wait terminated. If the DATABUF is an autoincremented array (e.g. buf++) then TIMEBUF will also be incremented after storing the timestamp.
