CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_incr
r_incr -- Increment a variable's pointer by some number of bytes
usage: r_incr opflg eflag ltime Offset Databuf WdByts
The pointer for DATABUF is incremented by OFFSET * WDBYTS bytes. WDBYTS is 1 by default. If WDBYTS is specified as 0, it is automatically set to the wordsize of DATABUF, so that the increment is OFFSET elements.
