CIGAL Reference Manual, Chapter 6 (RealTime): r_nowait
r_nowait -- Terminate pending wait operators
usage: r_nowait opflg eflag ltime
NOWAIT causes any pending wait operators to stop waiting. They behave as though their wait conditions have been satisfied. If there are no waits pending in other parallel processing streams the NOWAIT operator has no effect.
