CIGAL can automatically generate FSL-style 3-column task timing files simply by setting a few parameters and adding event codes to the stimulus events in in your paradigm parameter file (PPF).

The relevant parameters are:

• fslscheds - a string list table specifying the files to generate
• fslflag - a number controlling file generation options
• fsldigits - a number identifying which event digits to use
• fslmask - a number identifying which event bits to use
