• GFLG - Deghost
  • 1 - tune by slice
  • 2 - tune every image
• DXY - InPlane registration
  • 1 - register
  • 2 - DXY values from -stability are not ctrs.
• OFLG - Output
  • 1 - PHASE
  • 2 - NOFFT
  • 4 - COMPLEX
  • 8 - HORZFLIP
  • 16 - ROTATE
  • 32 - REAL
• MODE -
  • 1 - EPI
  • 2 - 2SHOT
  • 4 - PARTK
  • 8 - SPIRAL
  • 32 - TOP to fill in for PartK.
• DT - DeGhosting parameter (usually determined by autotuning).
• DBG - Debug flag: 1-7, higher numbers return more complete recon.
